Rang at 12:20am while being advertised to be open until 1am. Before I got a word out I had a man shout down the phone WE ARE CLOSED.
I understand that it’s a late order but with still 40 minutes to go until the advertised buisness hours of closing, being instantly greeted with a man shouting down the phone is nothing short of poor.
After I explained that I could collect in no less than 10 minutes paired with a small and simple order, the grumpy ignorant man stood firm over his we are closed statement all the while talking to me on the company phone.
